Dehydration.

More than half of kids aren’t drinking enough water—and boys are even more at risk.

During the school day alone, kids should be getting about HALF of their daily water intake… but many aren’t drinking plain water at all.

Instead, sugary drinks are replacing what their brain actually needs—leading to energy crashes, cavities, and even more dehydration.

Start simple:

✔️ Encourage water first
✔️ Limit sugary drinks

These colors came from REAL food 🙌

Turmeric, Acai powder, beets, spirilina and blueberries created all of this 🎨🌿

And honestly… I think they turned out even prettier.

Most store-bought dyes are made with artificial colors—
and some of these dyes have been linked to increased hyperactivity and behavioral issues in kids 😬

And we’re dipping food in it.

This is such a simple switch that makes a big difference!

The gut isn’t just about digestion. It plays a major role in immunity, brain health, inflammation, and overall wellness.

Here are 5 gut truths that changed how I look at health:

✨ Many autoimmune conditions are connected to gut health

✨ The gut is often called the “second brain”

✨ Antibiotics can save lives—but they can also disrupt the microbiome

✨ A compromised gut lining (“leaky gut”) can trigger immune responses

🥕 Beets + 🧈 Grass-Fed Butter = nutrient power duo

Beets:
❤️ Support heart health & circulation
💪 Boost energy and endurance
🌿 Aid liver detox & digestion

Grass-Fed Butter:
🧈 Rich in vitamins A, D, E & K2
🔥 Supports gut health & metabolism
🧠 Better omega-3s + CLA for overall wellness

Recipe:
• 4–5 large beets, chopped (a vegetable chopper makes this easier + uniform)
• 3 TBLS grass-fed butter
• Salt to taste (I like a lot 😅)
• Garlic powder to taste

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F
2️⃣ Mix all ingredients together in a 9×13 glass dish
3️⃣ Roast 35–50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until done to your preference

Real food doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful!
