Well, it’s officially been fall for a week now! 🍁
We know that many of you are as busy as we are!
What keeps you busy?
We have been busy with kids participating in cheer, gymnastics, soccer ⚽️, cross country 🏃‍♀️, homecoming and more!
We also have people teaching health classes at a local school, prepping for a Disney vacation, hiking, going to concerts, and building an empire of chickens 🐓 🐣.
We have also been playing fantasy football, enjoying everything pumpkin spice, going on college visits, and watching our favorite sports teams! We cheer for the Vols, Duke, NSC, the Preds, the Titans, the Gators, the Phillies, the Eagles, the Lions and the Bills. We also root for Texas Tech, The Ohio State, the Oregon Ducks, Penn State, the St Louis Cardinals, and the Red Sox. Whew!! 😅
We do our best to have a decent work life balance and appreciate all of you for helping to make that happen!

We talk a lot about weight loss because we love seeing people improve their health through diet and exercise changes (which usually also results in weight loss!). We love seeing people decrease their medications and even stop them as they make these changes!
But, we do more than weight loss so wanted to share this!
On Thurs we had 123 appointments between our 2 offices! 93 of those were in person and 30 were telehealth. 29 people came to our weight loss classes those days. We had 10 wellness appts and 4 new patients. We did 4 IV appts to treat back pain, migraines, GERD, fibromyalgia, and muscle cramps.
We did joint injections, Pap smears, drained a cyst, and did an incision and drainage of an abscess.
We refilled birth control, treated lung disease (asthma, COPD, and pulmonary fibrosis) and thyroid disorders.
We treated low testosterone, menopause, ADHD, and sleep disorders (insomnia, sleep apnea, and sleep terrors). We also treated rotator cuff disorders, neuropathy, sciatica, tennis elbow, and chronic low back pain. We did a STAT ortho referral for a knee injury that may be an ACL tear.
We treated vertigo, fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, stroke symptoms, acid reflux, high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, varicose veins, chronic fatigue, iron deficiency anemia, migraines, and uterine fibroids.
We also had sick visits for upper respiratory infections, rashes, UTIs, kidney stones, and hemorrhoids.
Whew!! Busy day!
