So, come in, relax, and let us do all the work. StretchVibe is an assisted stretch lounge where you will receive a 1:1 stretch from one of our certified Stretchologists! We use a variety of specific stretching techniques that allow us to take you into a deeper stretch than you can create on your own. You will leave StretchVibe feeling less stressed, relaxed, loose, light, and ready to go! We created this stretch that will: de-stress, prevent injury, increase mobility and range of motion, increase recovery time, enhance performance, and supports better sleep which creates more energy! We all know that we need to stretch - we are here to take care of that for you! Along with an incredible stretch - we use focal vibration tool (not a Theragun) which will increase blood flow and break up fascia allowing your body to relax and fall into a deeper stretch that you have never experienced before! Stretchologist Spotlight! Meet one of our newest Stretchologists - Enrick Baltazar!

What to expect from my stretch:
Expect to get a deep and relaxing feeling when stretching and vibing with me! I will adjust to your body and help improve your range of motion. By the end of our session, you will feel a sense of relief and relaxation!

Doctorate of Science in Health and Human Performance with a focus on Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation

Biography:
I am originally from Chicago! I participated in karate and basketball nationally and internationally. I am currently a Varsity Basketball Coach for the Girls program at Lincoln High School in Stockton. I work for the Sacramento Kings community relations program as a JRKINGS basketball coach!
