🙏🧘‍♀️Felt joyful on making this sacred visit to meet Eddie Stern in 2023, living legend of Yogic world.

Eddie Stern is the founder of Ashtanga Yoga New York, the Brooklyn Yoga Club and the Ganesha Sai Temple at Broome Street, NY. Eddie has published several books on Sh. K Pattabhi Jois and Astanga Yoga, including a translation of Pattabhi Jois’s 1960 treatise, Yoga Mala.

“One Simple Thing” is ’s recent book. And how wonderful is it to receive the book from him along with his hand written note. 🙏🧘‍♀️

The Breathing app(https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/the-breathing-app/id1285982210) is another gift to the world by Eddie. It gives a wonderful way to practice breathing for kids and adults. It has have over 800,000 downloads, and about 20-30,000 monthly users. It is available on iOS and Android. Consider purchasing a yearly or one-month subscription to this app. It’s really super beneficial for all.
