A cleft chin can be softened with filler if desired by the patient. In this case we targeted the cleft as well as chin asymmetry with chin filler. Note how the jawline appears more defined post-treatment & the lower face appears more balanced. A cleft chin can take more than 1 session to completely treat however 1 session can definitely soften the look of a cleft.
