CARDIO CRUSH with Elvia Yzaguirre starts tomorrow at 6pm! This class is 45 minutes & consists of different exercise stations that provide a full-body workout; combining cardio exercises, strength training, and interval training to build cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and endurance!
Designed for any level of fitness💪

$12 drop-in; bundle options also available and can be combined with our Mat Yoga & Mat Pilates classes!!( aerial yoga & reformer not included)
