CARDIO CRUSH with Elvia Yzaguirre starts tomorrow at 6pm! This class is 45 minutes & consists of different exercise stations that provide a full-body workout; combining cardio exercises, strength training, and interval training to build cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and endurance!

Trying to think of the best way to help our friends at Cafe Chris! We are thinking we can help with donations that will go to Cafe Chris employees. Maybe this can help Erica and Ms Mary by helping take care of their employees.

We are following the lead of Urban Bricks and will have donation jars at the registers.

Backyard Kitchen is also donating to Cafe Chris.

Power Flow at Evolve Fitness and Nutrition, Thursday, 6pm! This class will guide you through energetic and quick flowing sequences designed to build strength and endurance. This is accomplished through challenging positions that you either repeatedly move through quickly or hold for a longer time than usual. All levels welcome, as modifications and props are always offered however some basic knowledge on yoga is helpful as the flow is at a faster pace💪✨🧘🏼‍♀️
