Step right up and join us for a vibrant afternoon at The Parkview! Carnival for a Cause is a community celebration featuring classic carnival games, delicious festive food and sweet treats.

Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for a day of laughter and connection in a welcoming atmosphere. While entry is free, event tickets for food and activities will be available for purchase on-site.

$30 ticket for food, games, and a live petting zoo!

All proceeds from this celebration will benefit the Eskaton Foundation for Big Day of Giving.

Your participation directly supports meaningful programs and essential services that enrich the lives of older adults in the region. Every ticket purchased, every game played, and every treat enjoyed helps provide care, connection, and resources for those who need it most!

☀️ Refresh, reset, and reconnect in the park! There is nothing quite like the great outdoors to invigorate the soul. This week, our residents took their fitness routine to the park for a morning of gentle seated movements under the open sky. 🌿

Surrounded by the calming sounds of nature and plenty of fresh air, our group focused on mobility, flexibility, and mindfulness. It wasn't just about the exercise; it was about soaking in the serene setting and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere together.

It’s been a colorful month here at The Parkview, and our residents have been busy proving that creativity only gets better with age! 🎨✨

From bright blooms to custom jewelry, our crafting table has been the place to be. We love seeing the focus, the laughter, and the incredible talent that fills the room during these sessions.

Here is a look at what we’ve been making lately:
🌸 🌺 Vibrant Paper Flowers: We brought the outdoors in with a garden of handmade paper blooms! These colorful creations are now brightening up our hallways and rooms—and the best part? No watering required.

📿💎 Personalized Beading: Our residents and guests tapped into their inner designers during our jewelry-making session. From elegant necklaces to "friendship" style bracelets, everyone walked away with a one-of-a-kind piece that perfectly reflects their personality.

Whether it’s a resident trying a new hobby or a guest joining in for some "crafternoon" fun, these moments are all about connection and self-expression.

Better late than never—especially when there’s chocolate involved! We might be over a week past Valentine’s Day, but we’re still feeling the love (and the sugar rush) from our Big Sweethearts Night. Here’s a little "throwback" to the festivities that had our hearts (and stomachs) full:

The Highlights:
🍭 🍫 A "Sweet" Spread: We didn’t just have snacks; we had a mountain of refreshments and treats that would make Cupid proud.

🍪 🎨 Cookie Couture: Our residents got creative at the cookie decorating station. Let’s just say some of those cookies were almost too pretty to eat (but we ate them anyway).

💕 Valentine's Bingo: We put a romantic twist on a community favorite. There’s nothing like the thrill of yelling "BINGO!" to get the heart racing.

It was a night full of laughter, community, and just the right amount of sprinkles. Thank you to everyone who made it so special!
