I have a credential in School Counseling K-12 and have worked in school, hospital, and non-profit agencies. I

also teach stress management classes to the chronically ill. I work with grief, loss, depression, relationship issues, adolescent, and parenting challenges. My practice is built on providing a safe, supportive, and empathic environment to facilitate personal change. I treat each individual, couple, or family with respect and warmth. I work to ensure that our sessions will be tailored to your needs and goals. I understand that you're both looking for a solution and you want to find the right "fit" for helping you discover that solution.
