We are only ONE week away from INTELICHART!!!! Starting Monday, January 5, 2026, the Atascosa Health Center, Inc. will launch the NEW Patient Portal, INTELICHART! Patients will have full access to their health records, can request medication refills, can request a call from Call Center Representative to schedule an appointment, complete patient forms before visit, appointment reminder notifications and more! We achieve this mission through our network of six rural health clinics. AHC is a nonprofit rural health care network with a 40 year history of providing quality health care, including dental and behavioral health services.
