The Heights Team was celebrated for achieving and receiving the prestigious Baldridge Silver Award for Quality. The Heights Atascosa was one of 32 Long-Term Care Communities in the country to receive the award and the only one in Texas. “Making Lives Better” for our residents and veterans one moment at a time.
