Family-owned and operated, LifeGuard Home Health is the outgrowth of personal experience with grievous illness and mediocre home health services. In 2008, LifeGuard Home Health was established to meet the intermittent skilled needs of patient’s at home. We emphasize an educational and proactive approach, and express our commitment to the highest level of patient-centered, compassionate care.

Our mission is to nurse the sick, the aged, and the injured to optimum health from the safety and comfort of their own home. Regardless of the medical need, our interdisciplinary team of professionals attentively guides each patient on the path to recovery, providing compassionate support every step of the way.
