What a difference massage can do!!!!
Most feel a difference, but rarely get to actually SEE the physical difference.
Peep this- only after 15 mins working the right glute, hip, and IT band. The client “grew” 1/4inch on that side! 😯

Massage peeps!!
Anyone use a cream or gel vs lotion?
If so, please give me some feed back to the comparison of a lotion.
I’m having issues with my preferred lotion being on back order and would appreciate some insight both as a therapist and any cliental feed back.
Note: it must be water dispersible and preferably hypo allergenic, though the latter I have an open mind to.
