What a Weekend! 🎉🌟 We wrapped up an unforgettable 4-day advanced meditation and yoga retreat at the stunning Land of Medicine Buddha in Soquel, CA with our beloved GuruMahan. 🌿✨

From the break of dawn, we embraced the tranquility with early morning meditation sessions, followed by nourishing, delicious meals 🍽️. Our yoga sessions 🧘‍♀️ energized us, while deep relaxation 💤 and intense meditation 🧘‍♂️ guided us to new depths. The Chakra activations were powerful, and our hearts were opened through deep conversations. We danced 💃, laughed 😂, and shed tears of joy 😢, forming bonds that will last a lifetime.

Our Q&A sessions with GuruMahan were profound, offering insights into life and the universe 🌌. Meanwhile, the children thrived in their own yoga camp, making friends and learning new skills 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️, allowing parents to fully immerse themselves in the retreat experience.

Welcoming GuruMahan to California was a truly special day! 🌟 We enjoyed a kids' talent show, a delightful kids' yoga performance, and the awarding of yoga teacher training certificates and 2023-2024 kids' yoga graduate certificates by GuruMahan. The day concluded with a deep meditation and a delicious Sattvic meal. Grateful for these moments filled with joy and peace! 🙏🧘‍♀️🤍🎓
