Lowering the bar, setting micro‑goals, resting without guilt, and reaching out to someone safe can make the day feel a little more manageable.
You deserve care, patience, and support, especially on the hard days.

Join us for a community outreach event on May 18th from 11 AM–1 PM at 31 Arkansas Ave in Atlantic City!

We will be coming together with community partners to provide support, resources, narcan, connection, and a light lunch for participants while supplies last. These events are so important in helping us meet people where they are and connect individuals to hope, recovery, and support services throughout our community.

We’re grateful to stand alongside so many amazing organizations making a difference in Atlantic City every day. ❤️
