We’re Brett Poniros, DC, CSCS and Stephen Portee, CSCS!

Brett, heading the rehab division, helps our clients get back to doing what they love AND gets them performing better than they were before. His combination of manual therapy and strength training means he treats the whole person and not just an injury.

Stephen, leading the training portion, brings expert strength and exercise knowledge to help any athlete or active person reach their optimal potential! Whether you’re transitioning out of your work with Brett OR you’re looking to advance in your sport, Stephen is the person to help elevate your game!
