Four teeth can change a smile!

This great patient came to me looking to upgrade his smile but unsure of how to do so. We corrected the asymmetries, multiple colors, varying shapes of his front four teeth and the chipping of the edges that was occurring over time.

Treatment included flapless crown lengthening, a bite adjustment and four beautiful porcelain restorations from .view.dental.lab to achieve ideal proportions, color, and symmetry.

We very commonly see and treat patients after braces or clear aligners to put finishing touches on the amazing work of our referring orthodontists.

This case was done in collaboration with over the course of a couple of years to plan out the ideal spacing for the missing tooth, overgrown gingiva, and peg lateral.

Once the movements were completed, we completed crown lengthening, whitening, a no prep veneer for the peg and a beautiful Maryland bridge in the missing space until the patient is ready for an implant.

This smile was created for a lovely patient with ZERO drilling.

We completed Invisalign treatment to close spaces, improve her traumatic bite, and planned the ideal spaces around her lateral incisors for some composite bonding.

and injection molded composite completed the smile and now the patient is considering gingival grafting to fix the defects.

REVISION.

This great patient came to us after recently having her entire maxilla restored with splinted zirconia crowns. Her bite was completely unbalanced and causing TMD issues, some of her teeth underneath the restorations were loose/infected, and she hated the unnatural look to her teeth.

We restored her bite, functioning, smile and confidence with lifelike restorations courtesy of .view.dental.lab

We planned and executed this case completely digitally with deprogramming, kois glasses as a facebow, scans at an open vertical dimension, and 3d printed temporaries during the patients healing process.

Digital dentistry is fun and predictable.

If there is a case that is symbolic of my approach to dentistry, this is it. Natural, minimally invasive cosmetic solutions. We accomplished the patients smile goals with ZERO additional tooth reduction.

We initially saw this great patient in an emergency appointment where she broke her front tooth. This led us down a path of discovery where we showed her the effect that her deep bite was having on the wear/breaking of her teeth. 18 months later we completed Invisalign, crown lengthening, kor whitening and two replacement crowns gave her the smile we promised her in the initial smile preview that we show to every cosmetic patient before they begin treatment.

Couldn’t be happier for her and this result 😀
