Effective 11/14/2025, Dr. David Shahbodaghi will no longer be practicing at SMHA. Please rest assured that our priority is to provide uninterrupted, high-quality care to our patients.

We understand that a provider’s sudden departure can raise questions about ongoing care. Our team is ready to support our patients, answer concerns and help with anything they need during this transition. Their health will always come first, and we are taking steps to make sure our patients continue to receive timely, attentive care.

Patients of Dr. Shahbodaghi: If you need to schedule with another provider or request medication refills, please contact us at (406)765-3718.

We plan to begin a thorough search for a new provider who can meet the needs of our community and carry forward our mission of compassionate service. Thank you for your understanding during this transition and for continuing to trust SMHA with your health.
