With kids utilizing technology for school more often, neck and spine health are SO IMPORTANT. Healthy habits and routines with technology are so important It is very common to look down at technology whcih can lead to many issues if it continues. Holding your phone or computer in front of your face or adjusting to keep your neck in a neutral position reduces the weight on your neck, can reduce pain, and prevent a forward head and neck. Be sure to remind kiddos to take time to stretch, look away from devices, and adjust their position to stay neutral.
