New class beginning Monday, March 2!
Slow Flow yoga practice every Monday from March 2-May 18 (no practice April 13)
5:30 to 6:30 PM 
Gentle stretching, slow, flow style mindful movement, using breath and movement to focus on and honor what your body needs. 
A beautiful way to ease into the week!
