After camping this weekend. Right when we were about to leave we got a flat tired. Annoying for sure but not a problem. One reason I love training is because sometimes you have to get the couch out of your house. You have to change a tire. Sometimes you need to move. If you practice you’ll be ready and it’ll be just another thing that happened that day. If you don’t. It can be make a day a lot harder. Keep moving everybody cause you never know when you might need it!

Sometimes, it can be helpful to change positions while training a muscle. You don’t have to go crazy switching up everyday but if something feels stuck try a different version of it. This movement is similar to the tricep skull crusher exercise. Just a little less stable and makes me keep track of my midsection more.

Getting off the ground is important for well being. Getting off of large bean bag chairs. Well that’s just strength training.

Sometimes it’s shoveling snow, sometimes it’s walking in a wet cave. Having good balance lets you interact with the world as you need to!

Your body loves rotation, the gait pattern (walking) is a series of twists and opposites. When you do something like this you remind your twisting muscles that they exist! And generally the body responds well to that.

Posture is a dynamic thing but if we spend a lot of time in one position or only know how to create strength from one position it can cause problems!
