Audrey Helmueller, an Ellsworth resident has successfully met her therapy goals here at the Plum City Care Center, making a significant milestone in her recovery journey. She underwent an extensive therapy regimen aimed at improving her mobility, strength, and overall quality of life after an extended stay in the hospital.

Under the guidance of the Powerback Rehabilitation team here at the Plum City Care Center, Audrey worked diligently with the therapists to achieve her goal of returning home. The comprehensive program included physical, occupational, speech therapies, and skilled nursing care designed to accelerate recovery and enhance daily function. The center prides itself on offering personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, focusing on both short-term recovery and long-term healthcare goals.

The Plum City Care Center remains committed to providing top-tier rehab services to the community, offering a variety of programs designed to support patients at all stages of recovery.

Thank you to Darla and her miniature horse, Desi, for visiting the care center this Father's Day afternoon! Residents enjoyed plenty of pets, playing ball and watching Desi dance!
