Winter fun has been in full swing at Plum City Care Center! ❄️💛
From our “Tossing the Stockings” game to pretty peppermint nails, wooden snowflake crafts for our gallery wall, and even indoor snowman building — there were lots of laughs, creativity, and smiles all around. ☃️🎄✨

We love keeping residents engaged with activities that support connection, creativity, and joy throughout the season.

What a joyful and engaging day at Plum City Care Center in Plum City, Wisconsin! 🎄💛

We were honored to welcome students from Ave Maria Academy, who performed their Christmas program and brought so many smiles to our residents! 🥰

Later, residents joined in a friendly Brain Game Tournament, putting their minds to work with a fun picture puzzle challenge — Team Elf took home the win! 🧠🎅

Moments like these highlight what daily life looks like at Plum City: meaningful community connections, cognitive engagement, and activities that bring joy and purpose to each day 🤍
