Located in Central Bucks! This training program utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs. After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized that you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on those challenges. Today, many top athletes in a number of professional sports are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level. What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its holistic approach to training. TFW encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the 12 guiding principles that are the philosophical foundation of the TFW system. As a result of this principle-centered approach, the TFW system offers endless variety while still focused on producing constant gains. Lifting heavy weights = Lean muscle mass or "toning" as they called in the 1900's 💀
Moving "fast" = Going for a walk, not sitting at a desk all day
Sleep/Recovery = Getting to bed to manage your night time routine WITHOUT doom scrolling so you can lead to better HRV and deep sleep

Further proof that you cannot out exercise a bad diet.

EVEN if you are doing WW or counting calories you need to remember that EVEN if you are in a caloric deficit you need to have some kind of activity that takes place. If you are not losing weight and you think you ARE in a deficit then chances are you actually are not.

Exercise/Activity can be something as simple as going for a walk, but as soon as you start eating MORE than what you expend then you will start to gain unwanted weight.

Warrior of the Month !!!

“I wish more people understood the correlation between movement and mental health. I am grateful for every sore muscle I earn inside those walls. I am grateful my body shows up for me”��Some stories are not yours to tell sometimes, but when you have someone who has a big as heart as Kelly you try to do your very best.

Let’s just talk time management for a hot sec…nurses tend to have the wildest schedules, they tend to have the biggest hearts, and they tend to have more compassion in one arm than some have in their entire body. It’s hard to separate work from life and sometimes work has a way of coming home with them.

Some days are good and some days are bad.
Some days are incredibly hard and some days aren’t as bad
Some days feel like they last longer than others
BUT….days are temporary

When you feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders you need to channel your inner Kelly

You have to find SOMEthing that brings you absolute unbridled joy and makes that weight feel just a bit lighter

Whether it’s going out into the wilderness with your favorite horse or just changing into your gym clothes…Pain is temporary whether it’s physical or mental. What matters most is that no matter how many times you get back up and you take care of yourself. You show grit, you show determination, and you lead with love.��It might be the stuff heroes are made of, but then again Kelly is in fact a hero in her own right because she chooses to come in on the good days AND the bad days because she knows that she can make a difference in someones else’s life just as much as her own.
