Located in Central Bucks! This training program utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs. After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized that you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on those challenges. Today, many top athletes in a number of professional sports are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level. What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its holistic approach to training. TFW encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the 12 guiding principles that are the philosophical foundation of the TFW system. As a result of this principle-centered approach, the TFW system offers endless variety while still focused on producing constant gains. Why?
.:Story Time:.

So if you've followed us for long enough now you've known that we have been open for over 11 years now!

In the beginning we didn't know how social media worked and "back then" it was guerrilla marketing as could be. We had to evolve every year to figure out what you guys wanted to see and hear from us.

When the lockdowns hit in March of 2020 is when we had to change the game up completely. We wanted to keep everyone as motivated and as healthy as ever so we started putting stuff out everyday. It kept growing. It kept evolving. We kept trying to do our best to put stuff out there.

Now do the math...5x a week for 4.5 years is (give or take a few) over 6,000 pieces of "content."

Social media is UNFORTUNATELY a pain in the ass, but a necessary evil.

"Content" or "Content Creators" is a lame term if you ask us...However, we get it. It's a way to continue to stay connected and we always want to make sure we are staying connected with our immediate and outside community.

We wanted to know who was paying attention and we know how hard it is because like every other platform we have to "fight for your attention." So, much like years past its time to evolve once again, but let us know what you want to hear/see MORE of.

We are never going to stop serving our communities

Choose your day because we do our conditioning work Tuesday/Thursday and even Saturday Sundays! Why do we do conditioning? Because its one of the best ways to super charge your ability to burn fat even long after your workout.

Just don't sleep on your strength training though!

If Metabolic conditinoing builds a stronger capacity to work at higher thresholds while burning calories then your strength training days are what help your body Composition! Strength is where you will get those "toned" arms and glutes that will rival J.Lo's

Strength training AND metabolic conditioning together are what your body needs so don't lean toooo much to one side.
