Located in Central Bucks! This training program utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs. After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized that you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared

to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on those challenges. Today, many top athletes in a number of professional sports are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level. What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its holistic approach to training. TFW encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the 12 guiding principles that are the philosophical foundation of the TFW system. You can still run ALL GAS and no brakes, but you need to treat ALL systems the same. It's hard to sleep well if your back is all jacked up because you skipped your warm up just to get to the good part.

That's like skipping the journey of LOSING weight just to get to the end to say you LOST it

May 23rd, 2026, in the torrential downpour at the World War II Memorial in Washington DC. This man (David Yoho) a 98 year old Veteran of WWII had this to say--

"Tell your friends about this place, tell your friends about the fact you stood here in the rain today, tell your friends about your dedication, and tell them about us.

Tell them abut Veterans and say to them We Gave Up Our Yesterday’s For Your Tomorrow’s and if they say to you then who did you hear those words?

Tell them it was a 16-year old boy in the hearts and mind and body of a 98 year old Veteran of WWII"
