Joanne Spitz, a former Meadow Springs alumni, was admitted in November after a fall resulting in humeral and pelvic fractures. Familiar with the rehab team from a successful stay in 2024, Joanne returned to AristaCare Meadow Springs for rehabilitation.
Initially requiring extensive assistance, Joanne worked diligently with speech, occupational, and physical therapy to regain strength, mobility, and independence. At discharge, she is returning home with family support, needing minimal assistance to supervision for daily activities, ambulating 50 feet with a hemi-walker, and safely managing stairs.
Congratulations, Joanne—you did it again!🎉🤩
