On Monday, May 5, Dr. Foreman traveled to Harrisburg with many other Pennsylvania optometrists to discuss with our Representatives legislation that would benefit the children of Pennsylvania. The bill discussed would require children receive comprehensive eye exams when in kindergarten, 4th grade, and 8th grade across the state, resulting in early detection of potential visual problems that can affect kids’ ability to see and perform well in school. Good to have such a strong turnout from Pennsylvania’s eye doctors. Thank you to the Pennsylvania Optometric Association for organizing!!

Happy August to all of our patients!

Summer is winding down, and many families are in back-to-school mode. We have a few exam slots still available the week before Labor Day, so please call us at 610-277-2447 if your children need eye exams before going back to school!

Dr. Foreman will be participating in a local vision screening for children, in collaboration with Colonial Community Organization, which will be held at the Plymouth Community Center on Saturday, September 3, from 9:00am to 1:00pm. The screening is free, and we are looking to serve children under 18 who do not have vision insurance or access to vision care. Eligible participants will receive a voucher for an eye exam provided by VSP, which will be redeemable at any optometry office that is in the VSP network. Please reach out to us at the office for more information.
