Please join us in welcoming Sarah Velier, LAPC, NCC to the ETHOS Treatment team in Fox Chapel, Pittsburgh.

Sarah brings a thoughtful, research-informed, and compassionate approach to her work with children, adolescents, and families. With a background in school psychology, pediatric psychology research, and clinical mental health counseling, she is passionate about helping teens and families navigate mental health concerns and co-occurring disorders through evidence-based, individualized care.
Sarah's approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and multiculturally relevant, creating a supportive space where adolescents can feel understood, empowered, and supported.

Sarah facilitates our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Fox Chapel, which meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday beginning at 4:00 PM.

We are proud to share that there is currently no waitlist for adolescent services, and our team is able to provide Level of Care Assessments to help families determine the most appropriate support for their teen.

Jesse facilitates our morning Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults 18+ at our new Western PA location in Fox Chapel.

This program offers additional support for individuals navigating mental health concerns in a structured outpatient setting, with sessions held Monday through Thursday beginning at 9:30 AM.

Adolescents attend three group therapy sessions and one family component each week. They live at home and continue attending their school, allowing them to maintain a relatively normal life. We want the teen to apply the skills they learn in the program to real world settings.
