Gramercy Park Cooperative of Plymouth had our traditional trim the tree party this week. We helped decorate our Christmas trees, sang Christmas carols, and enjoyed delicious appetizers put together by our wonderful Social Committee. Christmas arrived at Gramercy Park Cooperative of Plymouth this afternoon!! The decorating and social committees had our annual trim the tree party. Cooperative members helped decorate our Christmas trees in the lobby and atrium. We sang Christmas carols and were served an assortment of appetizers and Christmas sweets. This event is always a fun way to start the holiday season!!

Gramercy Park Cooperative of Plymouth had a fun filled afternoon yesterday watching Rev Kev the musical ventriloquist! We spent the afternoon being entertained by Johnny Cash, Elvis, Ole and Lena, and several other amusing guests! Who we are...

Gramercy Park Cooperative combines the advantages of home ownership with the conveniences of community living for active adults age 55 & up. We’re a smaller community – only 56 homes – located in the wonderful city of Plymouth, MN with Rolling Hills Park as our backyard neighbor. We are richly diverse in our activities and interests. Some of our members work full time, some enjoy a full social life. Some vacation away from home, others enjoy the amenities here and live every day as if they were on vacation. Amenities include: the Gramercy Room for social activities, guest suite, craft room, fitness center, library/computer center, underground heated parking, workshop, outdoor deck with gas grill and garden plots. Activities Include:


  • Monthly and spontaneous social events (potlucks, catered dinners, barbecues, ice cream socials...)

  • Monthly birthday and anniversary parties

  • Holiday celebrations
