So often we can feel that something needs to shift or change in our lives but we don't quite know what it is that we need to do.

Reiki can help guide and support us in the changes we need to make on so many different levels without us actually being fully aware of what they are!

What happens on the Reiki table, and beyond, surpasses anything a human being can do. The definition of a miracle is an extraordinary event that surpasses all natural, human powers, and comes from the supernatural world.

Anyone who consistently works with Reiki can list many miracles they have witnessed – whether it is a physical cure; the release of an emotional block held for many years; spiritual growth through forgiveness or greater understanding 👁️

Lions gate kicks my ass every year and I finally released this energy with the most grateful heart lol 🦁✌🏼

We are definitely feeling our emotions intensely with this full moon. The past few weeks may have felt like an entire year. This deep transformation continues as we question everything in our life. The feeling of discontentment will open us up to forgiveness. Forgiveness of ourselves is just as important as forgiveness of others.

We move through life making choices, decisions, and taking actions that aren’t always the best or right ones but, we are here to learn and grow. To learn from our mistakes and ensure that patterns don’t repeat themselves.

Everything will fall into place. But for now, take this time to reconnect with yourself and release any emotions you are experiencing 🌊 🤗♥️

During a Reiki session you and I both sense the release of ‘stuck’ energy, fear based energy, or low energy.

We are beings of vibrating energy so energy in it’s self is not harmful to us, however the frequency of the vibration, rate of flow, and build ups of sluggish or blocked energy are what affect us. Removing energy that is no longer serving our highest good is a healing and rebalancing experience.

I often get asked, “what happens with the residual energy that has been removed?”

I cleanse the space afterwards to help remove it with Reiki, incense, ect. I ask for this energy to be sent back and to be transmuted into pure love/light (in other words change the frequency of its vibration to a pure, positive, and loving one) 🥰♥️

Energy is neither created nor destroyed, but it can be transmuted into a different form, LOVE ✨♥️

Distant Reiki sessions work because energy is not limited by distance. Distance is only a physical limitation, so sessions can be done without clients being physically present.

The telephone, cable TV and internet all use energy frequencies we can’t see in order to function. The electricity in our homes does the same, as does a radio. All of these have to be tuned to the particular frequency they operate at in order to work. They all have ways to adjust the flow of energy built in so that we can turn them on, off or use them in a different way.

Distant Reiki works the same way. It is energy that must be “tuned” to the person it is being sent to. Once it is “tuned in” it will flow through the energy currents that exist naturally, just the same way that a phone signal or wifi signal does. Distance is no object for it, just as it is no object for the internet or phone communications. The energy that surrounds us carries all of these energies to the intended receiver. With Reiki, the practitioner is the conduit of the energy. 🙋🏻‍♀️

When we engage in or receive Reiki, we are letting go of our thoughts in relation to the disharmony we are experiencing, and allowing the flow of loving, healing energy to flood our being 🌈✨

We are letting go of our ego and when distracted from the discomfort or specifics of our condition, we are open to healing. When we do this, the energy can flow more easily and heal from the root cause.

Sometimes healing includes barefoot walks in the forest or anywhere outside. We are electrical beings with electrical currents running through our brains, nervous systems, and bodies. It helps us allow this electrical energy to ground.

This will help keep you in your own body awareness. If you’re a constant over thinker, worrier, have anxiety, or feel depressed get that 🍑 outside and those 🦶 on the ground, let Mother Nature take it all away 🌬️

This Reiki I Attunement was nothing short of magical! I am beyond proud of these four individuals for stepping up and having the courage to take their healing in their own hands! (Literally) They are now attuned to facilitate healing for themselves and others.

These attunements are not only learning about how to channel reiki energy and using it but, learning about yourself, having compassion, practicing patience, learning to forgive, and so much more🙏🏼

If you are dissatisfied with your outer experience, TURN INWARD. Be willing to change and adapt. There’s always an underlying block as to why you aren’t moving forward or attracting the right people or places for you.

I’m a Virgo ♍️ I like to have every day planned out, checking off tasks, and getting things done. If I’m not doing the most at all times I feel guilty, which then of course leads to burnout.

Have you guys ever been around a burnt out Virgo? 😂🙋🏻‍♀️ It’s not cute.

I got up got ready, had big plans to workout, go to the studio, grocery shop, and run errands. But, my body was screaming at me to relax so I’m going to listen before I hit that brick wall.

This is your daily reminder to take the time to prioritize rest, nourishment, and mindfulness. Everything that needs to be done will still be there tomorrow!

I’ll be here in bed eating snacks and watching Scandal until I have to go to work 😂✌🏼
