Our Joyful Mindlift is an interactive retreat filled with FUN activities which nourishes your mind, body and spirit. We will promote brain health by exploring meditation, attitude of gratitude, adaptability, and life long learning. We will encourage you to embrace a more healthy life style by understanding the immense value of sleep, exercise, food as medicine and hydration. And finally, we will share the importance of connecting with your inner spirit through various experiences, such as the value of intentions, ceremony, sacred spaces, essential oils and crystals.

It all started during Covid when we reached out to women in or approaching their Third Act of life. It was a beautiful way to create communities during a lonely time. We shared our online Joyful Mindlift Series and learn tools to make the most of this time in life. Thankfully we are now able to offer this one day retreat in person. Our next retreat is Saturday, June 10th from 9:30 to 4:30 at 840 Main St. in Millis. Please join our retreat or share with others the wonder of the JOYFUL MINDLIFT.

My yard is in bloom with so many varieties of Irises. It seems they are happy and want to share their beautiful, vibrant colors. Of course, I try to think of the meaning behind these beauties. According to “Gardenerdy”, the meaning of the Greek word iris means, rainbow. The plant of iris is named after the goddess ‘Iris’ because of its beauty and because of the varied colors in the flowers of this genus. In Greek legends and mythology, the goddess ‘Iris’ was the messenger who traveled on the rainbow between the lands of Human beings and the Gods. The flower of iris implies a message and a promise of hope. The meaning of this flower is often associated with valor and wisdom.
As we move into the summer months may we share hope and courage. May our wisdom help be a beacon of light to others.
