Weekly yoga starting January 8 at 4 PM.

Join Erin Durkee for an
introductory class series focused on building a strong foundation for your yoga practice. All levels from beginner to advanced are welcome and encouraged! Learn the essentials of both standing and mat sequence for a full body 60 min power stretch.

The 26 standing and floor series to culminate into the life change in Bikram yoga experience. The Bikram sequence systematically works every part of the body including muscles, joints, and internal organs.

Each of the 26 postures are performed twice during class session.

This class is free to all unlimited Crossfit members. Non-members can join us for a $20 drop in or purchase a 10 class pass for $155. DM for more information!

May Schedule & Class Descriptions

Rejuventaion~ This class starts with assisting you with breath control while gently stretching your body. The class ends with a 15 minute guided meditation. You will leave feeling completely rejuvenated with both your mind and body.

Warm Flow~ This is a 60 minute warm vinyasa flow. The rooms is warmed to 75-80 degrees. This class focuses on breathing while moving through the poses. The class is a beautiful a mix of gentle and challenging poses; and is for all levels. Chill and flow always has a fantastic playlist.

Breathe & Flow/Chill & Flow~ This class will move you through this beautiful Vinyasa flow. This class is meant for all levels; from the beginner to the most advanced yogi.

Power yoga- This class is a fast-paced cardiovascular class focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga poses.

Restorative w/ Reiki~ A powerful healing blend; this is a slow, reflective practice, where poses are held for 1-5 minutes, emphasizing an opening and stretching of the deep connective tissues in the your body while incorporating reiki healing.

Meet our instructors....

I believe fitness can be anything you want it to be and that is does not need to be something you HAVE to do, but rather something you WANT to do. I love music, all forms, and use the energy it creates to build classes that people look forward to showing up to. I am very focused on form to protect the body, but I want classes to feel like a party not a job.
I have been teaching classes for the past 10 years, all different formats, and I love everything I do.

Meet our instructors.... My yoga journey began many years ago. The ability to breathe with movement and grow into my practice has proven essential thru my life today. I completed a 200hr yoga teacher training in December 2021. Since becoming a certified yoga teacher it's been my passion to bring yoga to where it's needed most. In my classes you will connect your breathe to your heartbeat followed by a flow of asanas into a meditation. My classes are all inclusive for any level. Whether it's your first class or you are an experienced yogi.

Meet our instructors...

Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved movement. I was a ballet dancer for most of my childhood which is were that love stems from.

As an adult, I had never been a gym goer or one to go to group fitness classes, and I had never been to a yoga class. Then, about five years ago, a friend introduced me to Yoga and it changed my life in many ways.

A year after my first class, I decided to become certified to share the practice and the benefits with others. Since then, I have also been certified in Buti Sculpt and Hot Core. I have taught at dance studios, fitness studios, an amazing healing shop, and private classes in some beautiful homes.

My classes are always fun and upbeat, and you will leave feeling grounded, revived, and inspired. I look forward to sharing my love for yoga with the community and connecting with people through movement.

March Schedule Heated yoga~ Come meet Kayla on the mat; our room will be heated to 75-80 degrees and we will flow through a beautiful Vinyasa.
Restorative yoga 🧘Restorative yoga class is meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body.
Restorative yoga requires you to hold poses for an extended length of time. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Sculpt & Stretch
This class consists of a 25 minute HIlT style workout, your heart rate through will have periods of highs and lows. We will incorporate strength training, cardio, and yoga poses. This class finished with nice slow stretch leaving you.

Let’s get rid of those winter blues. ❄️

We just released our February schedule, come check out our new class offerings!

Hot yoga 🔥7pm on Thursday, February 2 and February, 16th and Saturday, 9:30 AM February 25th. Come meet Kayla on the mat; our room will be heated to 85 degrees and we will flow through a beautiful Vinyasa.
