Join Erin Durkee for an
introductory class series focused on building a strong foundation for your yoga practice. All levels from beginner to advanced are welcome and encouraged! Learn the essentials of both standing and mat sequence for a full body 60 min power stretch.
The 26 standing and floor series to culminate into the life change in Bikram yoga experience. The Bikram sequence systematically works every part of the body including muscles, joints, and internal organs.
Each of the 26 postures are performed twice during class session.
This class is free to all unlimited Crossfit members. Non-members can join us for a $20 drop in or purchase a 10 class pass for $155. DM for more information!
