My favorite part of yoga class? The 5 minute Power Nap during the final resting pose. It is such a great way to surrender and give your mind+body+spirit the rest and reset that it needs.
The poses in class leading up to this are preparing you for this most important segment of the class when you activate your parasympathetic nervous system.
When you rise after resting, you feel relaxed, refreshed and re-energized.
It’s the best.❤️
