Over the past two weeks, our new Acorn Health President & CEO Mony Iyer has been on the road visiting centers across Michigan and Tennessee. As part of his welcome tour, Mony has connected with teams, shadowed clinicians in session, and experienced our culture of recognition firsthand. 💙💚

From Franklin to Rockford, Grandville to Murfreesboro, these visits have highlighted the incredible work of our teams: center directors leading with care, BCBAs mentoring clinicians, and RBTs creating meaningful moments with the children we serve.

Her session focused on practical ABA strategies that help parents recognize early signs of burnout and build sustainable self-care practices. It was a meaningful opportunity to share tools that support both families and providers in creating balance and resilience.
