•Tuesdays 6:35pm/ Wednesdays 9:00am

Description: A unique class for all levels/bodies and ages. The class is a mix of interval cardio, intrinsic strength & balance. The unique combo of trapeze, trampoline, weights and mat mobility. Every class based on the individuals not pre-designed format. Wholesome music and judgement free.
