I’m so excited to announce that after a year of 1:1 coaching, I’ve also developed an AMAZING new group coaching program to help more people start reaching their goals RIGHT NOW! 🎉

⭐️Less of a commitment so you can test out working with a coach and still see results
⭐️Have access to ME 7 days a week for the entire 6 weeks
⭐️Join a community of like-minded, motivated people
⭐️Learn HOW to make changes that work for YOU, and learn how to maintain them in the long-run

You’ll benefit from my group coaching if you:
✨struggle to lose weight
✨have been dieting for years without success
✨don’t know how to eat for your goals
✨want to get stronger, build muscle, and get fit in a way that you enjoy
✨want to learn how to build long-term habits
✨want to improve your health, happiness and longevity

✨have no idea where to start

This is a rolling admission group, meaning you can join ANY TIME, and what better time than now, with the holidays just around the corner?

Weekend with my besties (the cider donuts and alpacas of course, Eric was just there to third wheel)

Also - is that not the most perfect apple you’ve ever seen?? 🍎

Just a quick reminder that regardless of your goals, you shouldn’t ever feel pressured to sacrifice memories because of the fear of eating too much or something that isn’t “healthy.”

I look forward to this tradition every year - I get hot cider donuts, a locally-made hard cider, make an apple crisp and eat my body weight in apple-flavored food. One day out of the year won’t ruin progress or set you back.

Enjoy the donuts. Make the apple crisp. Make the memories and move on with your life, just get right back into the routine the next day. Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed, so give yourself permission to do so 💕🦙 🍩🍎

Summer 2022 was a good one☀️

Every year I always say I won’t be ready for fall, but after 3 months of heatwaves and beach days I always get excited for the first hint of fall air 🍂

On this day last year I was headed out west to start my post-internship vacation in Zion, Bryce, the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. This week also marks the one year anniversary of passing the RD exam and getting my national accreditation to practice as a dietitian 🎉

Looking back on my first year as an RD, I’m proud of everything I’ve done so far! I officially started my own practice, set up an LLC, built everything myself, joined the community at , started working at the center and also joined as an online RD and trainer 💪🏼

I’m also just proud to say I survived my first year as a small business owner - which is definitely the toughest year. I’m feeling confident heading into year 2 and can’t wait to continue growing!

In the meantime, if you need me I’ll be breaking out all my flannels and spending as much time hiking through the foliage as possible 🍁

Cheers to year 2 🥂

HUGE MILESTONE ALERT🚨

Today I officially did my first ever unassisted pull-up 🎉🎉

This might not seem like a big deal to some people, but this is something I’ve been working toward for a long time and have always wanted to achieve, and I’m DAMN proud of myself 🥹

I always try to practice what I preach, so this is your reminder that you have to put in the work to see the progress 💪🏼 I’ve been specifically focusing on upper body strength and pull-up work over the past few months, and it’s extremely validating to see it finally pay off 🥳

Anyway, expect more pull-up videos in the future as I’m officially obsessed 😂 It’s only up from here!

What are you waiting for?

Just wanted to pop in with a few words to help you stay motivated and end your week on a positive note ☀️

So often I meet clients or people who have an all or nothing mindset when it comes time to their health. This almost always guarantees failure, because the expectations are unrealistic.

There’s always that thought that we have to do everything all at once, or else it’s not enough. But, success doesn’t have to be such an unattainable goal - we don’t achieve our goals without making multiple small changes along the way.

So next time you say you’ll “start next week” or “you’ll try again tomorrow,” remember that starting is the most important part.

It won’t always be pretty, it definitely won’t always be easy, it probably won’t be rewarding for a while - but if you never start, you’ll never know what you’re capable of ✨

Friday life updates ✨

Hello friends! In light of some new followers and new involvements with work, I figured it’d be nice to share what’s been going on ☀️

1. I’m officially the head assistant coach for , and have been getting to grow my client base and work with some amazing ladies on transforming their health! I’ve also been loving that this has gotten me back into the personal training side of things as well, which I’ve really missed 💪🏼

2. I’m also working one day a week at and am officially part of the amazing holistic wellness team there ♥️ I’ve always wanted to be a part of the holistic medicine world, and I’m now able to take my conventional RD training and mix it with new knowledge to treat chronic illnesses such as Lyme disease, PANS, PANDAS, and other food allergies or conditions. Getting out of the western medicine world has been eye opening 🌱

3. Lastly, I’m still building up with my own practice down in Plymouth and doing that 2 days a week. I accept insurance, see clients for weight management and intuitive eating, and get to work 1:1 with some amazing people. All in all, I’m BUSY and really trying to find a good balance with everything as my schedule fills up ✨

I’ve definitely been noticing lately that the anxiety I felt during the internship is starting to creep back in. Because of this, I’ve really been trying to prioritize myself, my time, and my mental health.

Ways I’ve been working on staying grounded:
- long walks on the beach (hence the pic of all the sea glass I found the other day)
- still no caffeine
- reading instead of sitting on my phone
- continuing to work out (literally the only way I can move energy during the day)
- Planning my food out when I can so I stay adequately nourished
- setting boundaries and trying not to do work-related things on weekends

Get some sunshine, drink your water, take advantage of the longer summer days and do things that make you happy friends! ☀️🌊

Does nutrition stress you out? 😓

I’m here to tell you it DOESN’T have to be complicated!

Having a basic understanding of health is almost impossible to figure out at this point, since the internet is filled with crazy diet advice, diet plans, and influencers selling products that aren’t supported by research 🫠

So, to make your life easier, give these basic, fail-proof steps a try:

1️⃣ Drink at LEAST 64oz of water a day
2️⃣ Have a source of protein, a fiber-rich carbohydrate, and at least one type of produce with EVERY SINGLE MEAL
3️⃣ Eat every 4-6 hours for sustained energy and regulated appetite
4️⃣ Chew your food thoroughly. Be present for your meals. Be mindful of how the food you’re eating makes you feel.

That’s it! Try this out for a few weeks and see how you feel! ☀️ 💪🏼

Happy Tuesday!

If you said to yourself last week “I’ll start on Monday” but once again put off starting out this week, I challenge you to do one thing today that will help you get closer to your goals 💪🏼

It doesn’t have to be an “all or nothing” mentality. If you weren’t 100% perfect yesterday, then being 50% on track today is still better than 0% for the whole week until the cycle starts again next Monday.

Think about it - if you change even 1 small habit each week, you’ll be in a completely different place next month than you are right now, and it’ll feel a LOT easier ✨

Examples of simple habits to work on implementing, one at a time:
⭐️Drink 2 more glasses of water every day this week than usual
⭐️Get one more workout in per week than you have been
⭐️Plan ahead one meal and cook enough for a few days
⭐️Plan your grocery trip ahead of time
⭐️Choose a couple of days this week to go for a walk
⭐️Have a balanced, protein-rich breakfast

…and the list goes on!

If you did one of these every week for a month, you’d be a lot closer to everything you’ve been wanting to start all at once, but it’ll feel a lot more sustainable.

So, let’s make this Tuesday a SUCCESS and pick one thing you want to work on, and JUST START!

Once you start, it’s a lot easier to keep going 🤍

Quick easy meal prep ideas to bring with you to work! ✨

I wanted to share this particular meal prep since it’s so easy, very delicious, portable, balanced and nutritious. This has been my go-to breakfast + lunch combo for the past few weeks that I bring with me for my longer days at my office. I usually prep a couple of days at a time, since it takes me the same amount of time to make twice the meals, and the entire process (cooking, prep and cleanup) only takes about 30 minutes (as long as you’re multitasking!)

It might sound like a lot of time and work just for a couple of days of food, but think about it: if you spend 30 minutes one time making all of your meals for a few busy work days, you’re much more likely to have balanced and nutrient-filled days than if you just try to throw something together when you’re rushing out the door in the morning. Not only will you feel better and have more energy, but you’ll also be less stressed about being hungry and you’ll save $$$ if you usually go out for your meals. Also, keep in mind that you’ll usually have more time to make dinner when you get home than your other meals before you leave for work.

The food: ⬇️
✨Breakfast: Kodiak Cakes choc chip pancakes mix prepped with 1/2 mashed banana, cinnamon, vanilla and egg whites as the liquid. Topped with strawberry chia compote (just strawberries, chia seeds and water cooked over the stove)
- 2% plain Greek yogurt to have with the pancakes
✨Lunch: Mini sweet peppers stuffed with buffalo chicken (shredded rotisserie or plain chicken breast mixed with plain Greek yogurt and Frank’s Red Hot)
- Not pictured: side of rosemary garlic Triscuits to have with the peppers
✨Snack: Apple sliced up with a PB choc chip Perfect Bar

I also want to say that this amount of food is satisfying for ME. If you need more or less or want to prep with different ingredients for your preferences, then please do so. This is meant to be helpful in whatever way you need it to be!

Lastly, these meals provide lots of fiber, protein, healthy fats and complex carbs for lasting satiety and an even blood sugar throughout the day so that you can function well even when you’re super busy!

Enjoy! ☀️
