My name is Allyson Schmitz, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist (MT) for over fourteen years. I knew at a very young age that I wanted to become a MT. It is a passion of mine to help others feel better in a therapeutic setting. I completed the Massage Therapy Program at Schoolcraft College. After completing, I had additional training in Deep Tissue Massage. I also enjoy incorporating Relaxation Techniques, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Stretching, and Energy Work and Reiki to every massage. I make sure to contour the massage to best suit your needs. After a session, I might offer a stretch or two to help with preventative care. The continuity of keeping up with self care, self massage, and stretching is optimal for your overall health. What has made me so passionate about being a Massage Therapist is its endless benefits!
