Last Thursday we held our first mat Pilates class!! Mat Pilates is another great way to work on body and breath awareness, core strength, and mobility. These classes will be held Thursdays at 10:15am. Each class is a small group setting of up to 4 people. This allows for focused attention on form and performance of each exercise.
