Join Me for a Guided Tour on Our Coffee Farm in Chinchiná, Colombia

My name is Yair (Leo), and I’d love to personally invite you to experience a guided tour on our farm in Chinchiná, Colombia, in the heart of Colombia’s Coffee Region.

This is a 5-hour immersive tour that I guide myself, sharing not only how coffee is grown, but also the story of my family, our land, and the people who make this region so special.

What you’ll experience:

☕ W***y Jeep Ride through the Mountains
We’ll begin with a classic W***y jeep ride through the mountains, where you’ll experience changing climates and elevations while enjoying beautiful views of the coffee region.

🌱 Stories of the Coffee Region
Along the drive, I’ll share the history of the region and talk about the local people, their economy, culture, and how coffee has shaped life in Chinchiná over generations.

🏔️ Coffee Farm Walk (around 6500 feet above sea level)
We’ll visit my family’s coffee farms, hike through the fields, and learn about coffee growing—from the plant to the harvest—while walking through the coffee trees themselves.

🔥 Traditional Roasting & Home-Cooked Meal
Next, we’ll head to my parents’ farm, where we roast coffee the traditional way. You’ll also enjoy a homemade meal prepared by my mom, giving you a true taste of Colombian hospitality.

🏘️ Drop-off in Downtown Chinchiná
To finish the experience, I’ll drive you to downtown Chinchiná so you can continue your travels.

This tour is perfect for coffee lovers, curious travelers, and anyone looking for an authentic, local experience in Colombia’s Coffee Region.

🌱☀️ Harvest Season is Coming!

In Colombia, coffee is harvested year-round, but there are two main harvests—and our biggest one of the year is just about to begin. 🍒 This is when the farm comes alive with hand-picking, sorting, washing, and drying coffee cherries at their peak.

From our family farm in Colombia, those beans make their way all the way to Minnesota, where we get to share the freshest taste of the season with you at local markets. 🏞️☕
