With the holiday season quickly upon us, and the recognition of the toll that carries which likely ranges from: stress with engaging with family or having things prepared for entertaining; felt pressure from expectations; grief; overwhelm; and sheer exhaustion from "all the things", this can be a very trying few months for many.

Please consider coming to this Self Care Workshop- we will discuss stress and the impact stress has on our physiological and mental health and well-being and then learn a technique to impact it, called Tapping.

The date is Saturday, November 22 from 10:30 AM til Noon.
