Dear treasured clients,

A heads up my rates will be increasing May 15, 2026! All my expenses invested with providing services have risen over the years, as well as the value + energy that I pour into sessions. When adjustments are made, my intention is to make them as seamless as possible. 🦋

All sessions booked prior to May 15th, 2026 will be honored at the current rate you’re booked at. (Even if it falls after May 15th!) All sessions booked after then will be at the new rates. New rates will be shared in my story, in studio, and will be updated on my website.

🌸 Mother’s Day gift certificate sale (10% off!) until May 9th, 2026! 🌸 Pick up can be arranged at my Plymouth studio, Providence location, or I can mail them! 💌

As a convenience, E-Gift cards are also available on my website / booking site! They go directly to the recipient’s email or can be scheduled to be sent on a specific date.

**Providence Update**
New yet ancient dream unlocked, practice IN an herbal apothecary. 😌🌿🍵✨

About a month ago, I was offered a new opportunity to rent space a few Thursdays a month for my Providence location!

After some thought, conversations & learning more, I accepted! 💫

📍It’s exactly the same building I was in before for the last 5 years, Corliss Landing in the fox point area of Providence, just a different wing! There’s a natural food store next door, a bookshop, an art gallery, and a functional medicine doc all in the same wing too! 🪽

🙌🏼 I’ll be serving up my specialties, Therapeutic Massage + Reiki, Pre/Postnatal Massage + Reiki, and USUI Holi Fire III reiki sessions. I’ll be joining a team of holistic practitioners who are all there on different days too!

📆 First day is coming up quick! May 7th just in time for a pre-mother’s day or end of week zen session! Openings 12-6pm! I’ll also be there May 21 and I have two more openings (as of now) that day, 2 & 4pm.

🦋Online booking has been reactivated & updated for Providence!

🌊 My main studio schedule in Plymouth, MA will remain the same, Mon, Tues, Weds & Fridays, online booking remains active & updated!

At laaast, she’s back!! The table of my dreams 🥰

A little backstory…🤓

A throwback and shout out to my years at Enlightened Way Wellness Center in CT, an Ayurvedic & holistic wellness center that was one of my first jobs after my first few years in the spa industry. I realized when I started working with clients on a more regular basis, the transformations and the feedback shared of how their sessions were helping them, that diving deeper into the world of holistic / therapeutic wellness was my jam!

I worked alongside an amazing team of wellness practitioners, we trained in Ayurvedic bodywork & lifestyle practices, and worked with the beautiful community. Years later, when the business came to a close, the incredible owners who became like family, gifted each one us practitioners a hydraulic table + various pieces of equipment for our future practices. I’ll never forget it. 🥹💖

From there 13+ years ago, I took the entrepreneurial leap, opened my first holistic healing practice in Keene, NH and of course, the table was a staple. (I’ll share more in another post about my journey with that!)

Since then it’s been in MA & RI but I have been waiting until / working toward having a studio space that I didn’t need to break down, to move her back in. And also, arrange for the help moving it because she is a mighty beast, yet such a soft landing. 💪🏼😌

This table is an ideal pairing for my therapeutic + perinatal work and also, working with all different bodies!

I’m psyched to have her back, grateful for the help moving her in and excited to add even more coziness to the space!

Rhode Island clients! Many of you have reached out and asked if I’m still in Providence too, and YES! Two Thursdays a month. Reach out to me to me to book your sessions as online booking is currently turned off for this location. My next date scheduled there is April 23rd and I have a few openings left.

And not to worry, for my main studio location in Plymouth, MA online booking is definitely still up and running and I’m keeping it for there!

I have some exciting news to share soon once it’s come to full fruition 😊🌸🙌🏼✨

The afterglow has been GLOWING lately!! Y’all look different when you leave than when you walk in. Rested. Rejuvenated. Replenished. 😌✨

Feeling better than you walked in.
The energetic weight lifted off your shoulders, the mental-emotional load lighter, and physical tension relieved.

Here for it! That’s what has always drawn me to this work, the transformative space, where in the 60-120mins we spend together a shift happens and you walk out feeling clearer & more connected to yourself than you walked in! 🦋

This isn’t a quick fix, it’s a journey, a practice, a self-care/ community care ritual. Self-care comes in so many forms and I see it as a continual practice / a relationship we build & re-build with ourselves throughout our lives. A way of supporting ourselves & how that ripples out into all that we do.

In other news, I have loved connecting with some fellow small businesses in the last few weeks!! 😌

Grateful, so grateful, always an understatement. Because sometimes there are truly no words, even as a writer / poet.

Long long ago, I had a dream, a vision. ✨

I awakened to the magic of this work when I received my first session in my mid teenage years.

That feeling is one that has never left.

To be able to help the people I work with to feel better in their bodies, uplifted & grounded energetically, centered in their souls, it brings great meaning to my path & purpose(s) here.

Grateful is an understatement, proud is another.

My heart truly swells when I hear feedback like this (and more) from my clients. Safety is not something that just happens. It is cultivated. ✨

It’s a container that, just like plants, requires continual energy, sunshine, water, and tender care. Both for ourselves and each other. 🌿

So grateful for a wonderful few weeks of sessions in Plymouth & Providence last week & Plymouth this week! Thank you to all who have visited, are visiting soon, and have sent their friends/ fam! Always a joy taking good care of the village. 😌

Okay I had to 😂💀 for my small biz owner/ entrepreneurial friends out there doing the work no matter what, I see you!! 👀

When you run every single part of your business, specialties, are dedicated to your craft(s), and all the other parts of life, it’s somedays, many days, A LOT. And 13+ years on the entrepreneurial path, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve learned so much, and continue to. I love what I do, in both realms of my healing work, artistry, as well as being a mama to a spirited daughter.

None of it is easy and it’s way more than meets the eye. Yet, with that, deeply rewarding. The work I do with people lights me up in ways beyond words. It makes it all worth it. 💚
