Come join us for a fun night of raising money for our friends ! Friday April 4th from 4-6pm head over to for our Barbells & Brews event to benefit the fundraising race! Hang out and learn the alignment and mechanics of the barbell deadlift and enjoy some craft beer from our pals 🍻 Heroes in Transition takes on the tremendous task of filling the gaps in services offered to our local veterans. Consider it a small way to show your appreciation, while having a great time getting some reps in and hanging out together!

It’s Wintering time! ✨❄️✨

Our annual In House Retreat Day is all about celebrating this season of going inward. It’s a full day of soul filling self love and deep rest, where we practice receiving, reflecting and reintegrating. It is a medicinal day for our bodies and nervous systems, and we have a beautiful all star lineup this year offering a full sensory 6 hour immersive experience!
