I stopped drinking on June 2nd for one month after a conversation with a friend. I felt so good after the one month that I continued it and still haven’t had a drink. Am I done for good? Put an amazing margarita in front of me, I’ll most likely have one, but just one. If anyone is considering taking a break from your wine, Tito’s, whatever, I highly recommend it.

Strawberries, watermelon, lemon and honey frozen pop “gummies” with grass-fed gelatin. My daughter goes crazy for the popsicles I make, so I threw a little of the mix into our gummy molds and I don’t think I made enough 😬. The added bonus of the beef gelatin other than its health benefits is that it keeps the pops and little gummies from melting quickly!
