Helping patients heal at home. 🏡

Earlier this month, we hosted a press conference to highlight our Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) program and our partnerships with Plymouth County and Brewster Ambulance that help support its growth and long-term sustainability.

The MIH team helps recently hospitalized patients safely continue recovery at home, providing care for conditions like CHF, COPD, pneumonia, dehydration, and more.

Patients, community leaders, and care team members shared powerful stories — including one patient whose life was saved through the program. Overall, it was a wonderful event that highlighted how MIH is redefining care across Plymouth County and Cape Cod. ✨

We're thrilled to share that BID Plymouth’s Food Services Director, Mieka Martin, recently organized 140 pounds of food donations for the South Shore Community Action Council!

“The contributions will help us ensure pantries and other emergency food providers in our community have sufficient inventory for individuals and families in need,” said Nikki Galibois, PhD, CEO of SSCAC.

With more than 80 patients each month seeking emergency psychiatric care, this dedicated space will help ensure individuals receive compassionate, timely, and appropriate support when they need it most.
