Our Story

Katie Baughman is a born healer, mentor, employee of the Divine, and crusader for the greater good of humanity. She holds several degrees in holistic health care and has a mind, body wellness private practice she is very proud of. Katie obtained her Advanced Massage Degree from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2001 and has over 2500+ hours of accredited training in Mind Body Wellness, such as Kambo Detox, Shamangelic Breathwork, Transformational Psychology, Spiritual Studies, Yoga Teacher Training, Reiki, Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and has unmeasurable amounts of valuable life experience. Katie is a supporting member of MAPS, Psychedelic Society of Minnesota, and a Harm Reduction advocate. Katie has spent many years of researching and mentoring with sacred plant medicines and understanding the important roll they can have in ones healing journey, how to integrate the visions and wether they are appropriate or safe for the individual at that time.

In addition to coaching and body work Katie's true passion is assisting individuals suffering with afflictions and addictions find success in life beyond recovery. It has become Katies life long mission to collaborate all her skills to create customized wellness plans that meet individuals where their at and inspire genuine healing and transformation. Having access to professionals all over the world allows for a strong support system of referrals. Katie also works hand in hand with different shaman, medicine women, holistic detox and aftercare facilities like Ibogaine University in Rosarito, Mexico.

Katie found her salvation and overcame her battle with addiction after a ceremony using a hallucinogenic plant called Ibogaine. Since her experience, Katie now lives her life in service to these sacred plant medicines and helping them safely reach people out there still suffering. She believes that the days of shaming and incarcerating addicts for having a disease are over. Knowing compassion, human connection, and a personal relationship with Spirit is the only way people truly heal.

When Katies not out healing the world one person at a time. She loves doing crafts, listening to music, and snuggling with her hairless cat Dena. She also enjoys attending different social events where she can reach new people on deeper more meaningful levels, and never misses an opportunity for a epic fun filled adventure!
