There is an ongoing recall for several Drive Medical Bed Assist Rails. If you have purchased one of the recalled items, you can get a refund directly from Drive. To see if you have one of the affected products and potentially get a refund, you can go to https://www.recallrtr.com/bedhandles or call Drive at (877) 467-3099 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we will be closing our storefront starting Tuesday 3/17/20. We will still be in the office to answer the phones and provide emergency and urgent deliveries. We believe this is the best move in the interest of the health and safety of our patients and staff. With the growing concern over the coronavirus we have been getting a lot of calls about face masks. We, unfortunately, do not have any available, nor do many other places in the area, but a face mask's protection only goes so far. As advised by the World Health Organization, hand washing, avoiding touching your face, and avoiding unnecessary physical contact with others are more likely to help in avoiding illness, not just the coronavirus, than any mask. We would also suggest reading an article from the Boston Globe about masks that we will be linking as well.
