Come see our tree!!!

Our office was lucky enough to get a tree in Kellogg Park this year and we had so much fun getting the staff and our kiddos outside to decorate it!

For those who don't know, there are SO many members of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce who want to decorate a tree that they select applicants through a lottery.

This year our tree is close to the corner of the park by the Clocktower and across from Sun & Snow. Or as well like to call it, the RunDTP corner!

I cannot believe its been 2 years since I got my new pregnancy-conversion table! Its amazing to look back and see how far the practice has come in just two years and how much has changed since then! I do not miss the green carpet or those stairs at the old office!!!

Our friends at Om Home Organizing are having their Spring Garage Sale this weekend! There will be a bunch of great items cast-off by her home organizing clients that need to find a better home than a landfill. As an extra bonus, profits from the garage sale will go to a charity that supports women's education! Check it out!

Our birth prep course preview workshop will be invaluable opportunity for expectant parents to gain insight into the process of childbirth and early parenthood. This workshop will offer a condensed version of a full-length childbirth education course, providing participants with essential information about labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Attendees can expect to learn about prenatal exercise, perinatal nutrition, the stages of labor, pain management techniques, and the role of a birth partner. This workshop will be led by Dr. Emily Soto, PT, DPT. This session will include interactive activities and Q&A segments, allowing parents-to-be to address any concerns or questions they might have. Overall, the workshop aims to empower participants with knowledge and confidence as they prepare for one of life’s most transformative experiences. Our workshop will also serve as a preview to our upcoming Birth Prep education course, which will run as a series of Saturdays this Fall 2025.
