Syncare is a highly specialized residential care home specializing in Memory Care and Parkinson's Di Ann knew there had to be a smarter solution.

Syncare Memory Suites is a highly specialized residential care facility specializing in Memory Care. The vision of our company is to support, enrich, and empower the lives of our clients with Alzheimers and dementia. We create a carefully-crafted lifestyle, personalized, and centered around the one you love the most. Syncare was founded to address a growing problem in the residential memory care sector: the need for a dignified, more personalized care maximizing each resident's potential. As a nurse executive, local co-founder Ann Hortillosa found many dementia and Alzheimers residential care facilities lacked exactly that- individualized care. Many residents were offered a "one-size fits all" approach that doesn't meet their memory care needs. Frustrated by their need for independence and unfamiliar new home, many felt lost and acted out, worsening their condition. Today, Syncare is opening it's home in Plymouth, MN. Our clients will be living in their own personalized interior-designed residences with private bathroom. Each client has access to round-the clock care, creative and educational activities, outdoor walkways and delicious organic-only food. Our facility is fully equipped with Snoezelen Multisensory Room. Our caregivers are trained and Memory Care certified by John Hopkins Memory Care Center of Excellence. Our staff are trained in food prep and handling, and we're all in love with Hello Fresh -- especially the residents. One of their favorite dishes is this Mushroom & Chive Risotto.
: We add grilled chicken for more protein.

Activity time is important for our residents' emotional needs to spend time with community. Games also challenge their coordination and critical thinking. We use these alphabet tiles to spell out family names, emotions, and towns where we've lived.

It's National Ice Cream Day!!!

We asked our residents what their favorites ice cream flavor are:
Cookies and Cream, Java Chip, Rocky Road, Orange Sherbet, and Neapolitan.

Today we also learned it's common to serve ice cream on a bun in the Philippines!

We love using our large deck to gather outside, reminisce, and listen to music. Our residents also help tend potted flowers and herbs on the deck.

The Position:

We are growing and looking to expand. We’re looking for full time Resident Assistants in our residential care home. MN Nursing Assistant certification is preferred, but may consider PCA's or hotel and restaurant experience who have 2 years or more of solid work experience. This job will also sponsor visa for foreign nationals.
