We recognize the importance of educating and empowering children, families, and the community. Interested in therapy at MPTC? Start by going to our website www.minnetonkatherapy.com and fill out the new client paperwork (case history, insurance form, clinic policies). We will contact you to schedule once we review your documents. Adults should fill out the 8 year old and up myofunctional therapy case history. We help children Birth to 18 who need PT, OT, Speech, Orofacial Myology, and feeding / support. We also have SLP-COM's who work with adults who need Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy.

Apraxia is a motor speech disorder that affects the ability to plan and sequence the movements needed for speech production. Improving speech clarity and pronunciation can require significant effort and practice. Here at MPTC we strive to help and support children with apraxia. Join us for the fundraiser for the Twin Cities Walk for Apraxia on August 4th!

When: August 4, 2025
Time: 4pm-8pm
Where: Plymouth Chipotle

How to Order on the Chipotle app or order on the website.

1. Choose “Pickup” and select the location of the restaurant which is hosting your fundraiser. Delivery orders or orders placed through other apps will not be counted towards your fundraiser.

2.Build your order with all your favorites.

Eighteen years ago, our founder Kaye Koelker Baumgardner opened MPTC with a simple but powerful mission: to help children and families in our community achieve their goals and reach important milestones.

Today, we celebrate not just our anniversary, but the countless success stories made possible by our dedicated team of speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and administrative team.
From first words to first steps, from overcoming challenges to celebrating breakthroughs – we've been honored to be part of so many families' journeys.
