We recognize the importance of educating and empowering children, families, and the community. Interested in therapy at MPTC? Start by going to our website www.minnetonkatherapy.com and fill out the new client paperwork (case history, insurance form, clinic policies). We will contact you to schedule once we review your documents. Adults should fill out the 8 year old and up myofunctional therapy case history. We help children Birth to 18 who need PT, OT, Speech, Orofacial Myology, and feeding / support. We also have SLP-COM's who work with adults who need Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy.

Fall into the OT season!

To celebrate the fall season Occupational Therapy style, our kiddos came together to create a giant apple tree in our clinic. We practiced pre-handwriting strokes to form textured bark, explored sensory play to make handprint leaves, and practiced precision coloring to make individualized apples. This created the perfect blend of harmony for motor planning and sensory exploration!

Our favorite week is approaching FAST!

Monday October 27th through Friday October 31st MPTC will dress up for some silly fun with the kids!

Each child will also have the opportunity to “Trick or Treat” around the clinic. Together in speech we work on using words, devices, or gestures to communicate at each doorway. Occupational therapists target fine motor tasks to reach for items in buckets or play with the fidget toys. In PT we may hop, skip or jump to each doorway targeting big body movements.

October is National Physical Therapy Month! Thank you to our two amazing physical therapists, Emily and Sarah, for their dedication to the field!

MPTC has immediate PT openings if you have any concerns with gross motor delays, balance, strength, or posture.

Today in feeding therapy we use fun and play to learn and try new foods to expand on the foods they eat at home! They used apples to make bugs and cucumbers to make trees!

⭐️⭐️⭐️The Twin Cities Walk for Apraxia was a success! Together we raised $21,500, brought awareness to the community, and filled the park with fun and games! Thank you to all of our sponsors and the dedicated team that made this walk possible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Step Up for Down Syndrome 2025 walk was a success! 6,000+ individuals took part in the walk to raise awareness and value every voice. To date $610,299 has been raised. MPTC staff also had a great time at the event seeing familiar faces. Fun was had by all!
