So grateful to have hosted a beautiful group of women this morning as we reignited our inner light and came home to ourselves. 🌿✨

We began with guided meditation and reflection, created personalized essential oil rollers and scrubs, shared a light lunch, and closed with 45 minutes of sound healing and integration.

The most perfect way to create a little inner calm before tonight’s nor’easter rolls in — because if we can’t control the weather, we can calm the nervous system. ❄️💛
