Martin(Marty) S Davis 79, of Wilkes -Barre passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at home.

Born November 13,1946 in Wilkes-Barre He was the son of the late John and Florence
Martin Davis.

Marty was a graduate of Meyers High School, a member of the Dorranceton Methodist Church and was an Electrician with IBEW #163.

He is survived by his Loving Wife of 48 years Kathy Broody Davis, Children, Jeffrey Comiskey and wife Betsy, Lisa Robins and husband Michael, Marni Ryan and husband Scott. Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, his sisters Marsha Tyson and Meda Brieling. His many cousins, nieces and nephews that will miss the special times they spent together.

A Memorial Service will be held for family and friends Saturday, September 20th, 11:00am to 12 from the Dorraceton United Methodist Church 549 Wyoming Ave. Kingston. Arrangements by Williams-Hagen Funeral Home 114 W. Main St. Plymouth

Rachael Hillard Jones passed away peacefully July 23, 2025.

Rachael was preceded in death by her husband Edward Jones Sr.

She is survived by her daughter Kathryn Robins and husband Nolde, son Edward Jones Jr.and wife Anita. Grandson Mark Jones, and 5 great grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held Monday at 11:00 in St. Peters Lutheran Church 1000 S Main St. Wilkes-Barre .
A Viewing will be held at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Service.

Arrangements by Williams-Hagen Funeral Home, Plymouth.

Elaine Ruth Weaver of Plymouth PA, 77, passed away on July 18, 2025 at Allied Hospice after a long battle with interstitial lung disease. Elaine was born June 26, 1948 in Philadelphia. She was the daughter of Miriam Pollard and Charles V. Weaver of Plymouth. After the death of her father the family moved back to Plymouth.
Elaine is survived by her loving husband Robert, son Robert Weaver and daughter Victoria Weaver.
Elaine was preceded in death by her brother Charles Edward Steever and David William Steever.

Jacqueline “Jackie” Fay Richardson 95 of Wilkes-Barre PA passed away June 22, 2025, at Highland Park Senior Living after being read 2 prayers by her daughter. She is with the Lord for that we are blessed. Born September 25,1929 in Portal, North Dakota. She was the daughter of the late May Victoria Gunn and Jacob Brockel. She was eight of nine children and the last remaining.

She was a 1947 graduate of Portal High School where she lettered in track and basketball. After high school, she moved to Minot, ND. She married Robert Richardson in 1950, together they had three children. Robert passed in 1998.

She worked 40+ years as a bank teller in the safety deposit department. She retired in 1995 from Wells Fargo. After she retired she traveled the world going to places where her daughter was stationed to care for her grandson. In particular, she loved Germany. For many years she would walk at the Dakota Square Mall and then have coffee with her fellow walkers. This kept her young and active. She was blessed with many friends, co-workers and neighbors over the years. She loved flowers, especially purple ones, and all wildlife.

She loved sports, especially the Minnesota Vikings, San Antonio Spurs, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, and the Minnesota Twins.
Jackie was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Minot North Dakota. Jackie had a beautiful soprano voice, and sang in the choir at First Presbyterian. She moved to Wilkes-Barre in 2021 during the Covid epidemic and lived there until her passing.

She was preceded in death by her children Donald Richardson and Shawn Richardson.
Siblings: Valerie, Lillian, Jacob, Daryl, Inez, Clare, Virgil, Clayton and Gwendolyn.

Survived by her daughter Robin Erchinger and her husband Dr. Thomas Erchinger, Mountain Top, PA
Grandchildren Elsa Blomgren and her husband Eric Minneapolis MN and Capt Christian Erchinger USAF and his wife Victoria Spokane WA. Several nieces, nephews and cousins

The family would like to thank all the people who cared for our mother and grandmother. Especially The View in Minot ND and Highland Park.

A memorial service will be held on July 5, 2025 at St Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1000 S. Main St. Wilkes-Barre PA. Visitation will be held at 9:30 EST with the service to follow at 10 EST. You may stream the service on the St Peter’s page. She will be interred at Rosehill Cemetery, Minot, ND.

Richard Zimmerman 69, of Larksville passed away Thursday, May 23 at home.
Born July 22, 1955 in Kingston, he was the son of the late Edward and Marjorie Casterline Zimmerman.
Richard was a graduate of West Side Tech, worked in construction, was a social member of the American Legion Post 655 in Larksville, and was always known for a good laugh.
He was preceded in death by his wife Michelle Wallace Zimmerman.
He is survived by his daughter Nicole Lewis and her husband Timothy, and his brother Edward Zimmerman Jr. and his wife Cathy and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 11:00am from Williams-Hagen Funeral Home Inc, 114 W Main St Plymouth PA with Rev Ronald Cease officiating. Friends may call the funeral home Thursday evening from 5-7 pm. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery.

Eugene James Weaver Jr. (87)passed away into eternal life April 7 , 2025 surrounded by his loving family.
Born January 26 1938 to Eugene & Viola Sites Weaver.
He was a 17 year M.P. & Army Reserve Veteran. Attaining the rank of SSG .

He was an active member of Valley View Chapel of Larksville Mountain where he attended most of his life.
His greatest attributes in life were the victories he won with Lord God by his side.

Known as a caring loving man, He was the greatest grandpop pop ever. He always made everyone happy. He received that same loving care from his daughter-in-law Karrie Zielinski for whom he called his girlfriend.

He enjoyed the time spent teaching his son anything to do with motor vehicles.
His other loves included collecting everything, camping , fishing and old trucks and dogs.
Tom T.Hall comes to mind when thinking of him.

Preceding him in death were his parents -infant sister Jeanette, The Love of his life Elizabeth Emma Zielinski, son Alvey Wesley, brothers William & Elmer Weaver; sister Arlene Gensel.
Survived by sister Reta (Weaver)Romanco& 7 children.
He resided with his closest confidant-his son Carl and his wife Karrie & (Zoey) Zielinski of West Pittston.
His other children Thomas Z; Jim , Frank , Theresa Weaver; Brenda Novackowski & Jeff Smith; Cheryl Keefer;
Grandchildren Samantha & Robert Shinko, Stephanie & Brandon Jones, Sarah & Kevin Anyan , Carl Jr & Jordyn , Kyre Zielinski, Shawn & Nadia Rogers, Kevin, Keith, A.J. Novackowski.

Grandpop pop to 17 Great Grandchildren, Madison, Easton, Emerson, Hudson, Aniston, Cole, Caden, Connor, Caleb, Mya, King, Legend, Raelynn, Ryelynn, Renley, Stella, Shawn Jr.
Eugene had an incredible life story worth being told.

Many thanks to the Nurses & Aides at Highland Manor of Exeter. Especially Mel & Amy who went above and beyond the call of caring.
Eugene & his family befriended a very loving caring roommate, Jeff- Bobbie Ondeck.

A private service will be held at a later date.

James Anthony Gallager 60 of Nanticoke Pa formerly Kingston Pa and Raleigh NC passed away peacefully Monday August 12,2024 at home. Born January 7,1964 in Kingston PA to James Louis Gallagher and Susan Elizabeth Poole Gallagher. James attended WVW schools. He was a member of the US military and Kingston Fire Dept. James was employed as a dispatcher for Falzones Auto. James was preceded in death by mother, father and 2 children. James is survived by wife Joanne Piro Gallagher and sons James Gallagher and Dylan Gallagher and a daughter Nicole Piro James (Martin) and granddaughter Emma James. Sister Stephenie (Gallagher) Nestorick (Joseph), sister Patricia (Gallagher) Carey (David) and brother Aaron Gallagher (Christine) . Nephews Matthew Carey, Michael Carey, nieces Meighan Nestorick and Sarah Gallagher.
