How to get the perfect leg spray:

1.) Go slowly and keep a consistent 12-15 inches between your skin and the sprayer.
2.) Using the edge of the bathtub or toilet for leverage can help keep your legs straight while spraying.
3.) Avoid staying in one spot too long—spray each section for 8-10 seconds to ensure even coverage.
4.) Keep the sprayer continuously running as you move across each body part. Releasing the triggers mid-spray can create striping, but it’s fine to pause between sections.

How our idea came to life…

Many years ago, an employee at Wagner Group in Markdorf Germany – a world-leading manufacturer of coating systems– was driven by the idea to develop a skincare spraying device that protects everyone better from sunburn.

We love using skincare products and spending time to treat our body well. Yet, we also know that not everyone finds the time to do so. Common skincare products on the market right now are not the most efficient and convenient to apply. While coating and spraying is common practice in many industrial sectors, why not finding the perfect technology for the human surface and biggest organ, our skin?

It should become a beauty device that’s tapping into the internet of things. One that replaces the human hand in your daily beauty regime and makes it outcome much more convenient and efficient. Yet without the use of aerosol.

Being surrounded by spraying experts the idea naturally arose to develop a one-of-a-kind spraying device. After considering several different technologies the idea to develop a connected device that works through ion technology was set. This is how ION-IQ was born to IONIQ!

Today this has already come to fruition. We were able to gain a very dynamic and international team of experts and can now operate as a corporate start-up backed by a world leading spraying device manufacturer. By providing the space to brainstorm, the know-how and some financial resources we have succeeded in developing our beauty device IONIQ One with an innovative magnetic like skin technology that works through a generated attraction between skin and liquid.

Currently we are working on finalizing the research and development process of our beauty device and body skincare products series production. We will launch in 2019 and kick off with our smart skincare device, a digital skincare consultant app and own premium body skincare products. Our ambition is to develop further body care products with the capability to be sprayed onto the body for much better coverage and a new feel good skin care experience.
