Sanctuary Studios is a place to learn how to heal what ails you. Here you can start a yoga practice or delve deeper into your existing one. We have classes for all types from gentle yoga, beginners to sweaty hot yoga. Workshops and trainings to for fun or to ear your yoga teacher certificate (Yoga Alliance 200 hours and 500 hours). We are know offering a 1000 hour Orthopedic Yoga as Therapy program to be certified by IAYT. We promote health and well-being by utilizing natural and holistic approaches to healing such as Yoga, Transformational Bodywork, therapeutic massage, Reiki, nutritional counseling, and detoxification programs. Join our community as we travel along the path towards wholeness and the best health possible in this most important of all work: for as we heal ourselves, we heal our world.
